Outages to complete Qlik Sense updates

HPV advises there will be two outages impacting the Qlik Service application used by HPV and Health services in order to replace hardware and to update the application.

HPV is undertaking the updates out of normal business hours to try and minimise any disruption to for health services. Users will see an ‘error’ or ‘time out’ message while these works are underway.

Details are as follows:

Qlik Sense update

When: Wednesday 22 January 2020

Duration: Commences 9.00pm and duration is expected to be around two hours.

HPV infrastructure update (will impact Qlik Sense application and other HPV internal systems)

When: Saturday 25 January 2020

Duration: Commences 9.00am and duration is expected to be six hours.
