Communication Specialist

HPV is now recruiting for a Communication Specialist to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to backfill an internal secondment.

The Communication Specialist is responsible for producing regular internal and B2B communications, managing website content and partnering internally on project communications. This role works collaboratively to develop and disseminate relevant, timely and accurate news stories and supports the Communication Manager in achieving organisational goals and responding to issues as required.

Category Manager - Indirect Products and Services

Supply Chain Risk Manager

Health Purchasing Victoria is now accepting applications for the ongoing role of Supply Chain Risk Manager. This is a new and exciting opportunity to assist public health services implement and maintain requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2018.

Head Strategy Implementation

Supply Chain Information Operations Analyst

Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) is seeking a customer focused data whiz for the role of Supply Chain Information Operations Analyst (Operations Analyst).

The Operations Analyst is a key point of contact for health service customers and suppliers for matters relating to HPV's supply chain systems and information. The role is key in driving data integrity and providing detailed catalogue administration.

The Operations Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Victorian Health Service employees (pharmacy, procurement, supply chain and clinical) and healthcare suppliers, along with technical stakeholders including Bizcaps (Technology partner for Victorian Product Catalogue System build) and GS1 Australia.

Supply Chain Clinical Data Analyst

Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) is seeking to appoint a Clinical Analyst with experience in healthcare to provide valuable clinical and analytic support for the Supply Chain Information Standards, Master Data and Analytics projects.

This role brings your broad clinical knowledge to our team to support data cleansing and analytical activities to continue development of a common product catalogue for the Victorian Public Health Sector.

Data Management Analyst

Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) is seeking to appoint a technical specialist to the position of Data Management Analyst (DMA). Reporting to the Strategic Procurement Analyst, the DMA is responsible for planning and coordinating the integration of data from various sources into an organised and unified view available for the needs of HPV.

The role will work to ensure that HPV achieves the most suitable Data Integration (DI) architecture for the organisation’s needs and that documentation relating to the DI architecture is provided and maintained.

Category Manager/Procurement Specialist - Equipment sourcing stream

Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) is looking to appoint a procurement professional with strong experience in end-to-end procurement to the role of Category Manager within the Equipment sourcing stream.

The Category Manager looks for opportunities to improve both financial and non-financial benefits through procurement activity, leads the development of Category Management Plans, develops sourcing and market engagement strategies and coordinates contract execution and implementation.

The Category Manager is also responsible for the identification of further cost reduction opportunities and additional benefits through management of HPV’s existing contracts.
