Human Resources Manager

Health Purchasing Victoria is now recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing strategic support to implement HR initiatives in the areas of organisational development, recruitment, employee retention and general operational administration across the organisation. The role works collaboratively to facilitate end to end recruitment for internal and external campaigns including coordination of advertising, shortlisting, interviews, psychometric testing, reference checks and offers of employment. This is an advisory role that supports the Director of People and Culture with people related issues, which includes providing accessible and confidential support to staff members needing support or counselling.

Supply Chain Risk Manager

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join Health Purchasing Victoria to assist public health services implement and maintain requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2018.

Managing supplier risk, this role works with stakeholders to implement a project plan ensuring suppliers and health services integrate Modern Slavery Act principles and requirements within their procurement processes.
