Occupational Health and Safety
The greatest and most precious resource used in any organisation is its human resources.

HPV does not have a role in the regulation of Occupational Health and Safety, but recognises and supports that the provisions of the Act are incorporated into processes related to the procurement of goods and services.

The Victorian Department of Human Services has developed an excellent resource for hospitals, with draft policies and guidelines to help hospital personnel implement practices and develop procedures that protect and promote their most precious resource: their staff.
