hpv.org.au is a website which is owned and operated by HPV.
Suppliers cannot register for access to the restricted section of the website. If you are an interested tenderer and wish to download tender documentation you must obtain these documents from www.tenders.vic.gov.au
By- entering the website
- registering with HPV if you are a bona fide employee of a Victorian Public Hospital
- subscribing to the newsletter service
you AGREE that:
- HPV reserves the right to use the email addresses provided from time to time.
- HPV maintains the right to suspend, discontinue or change any information at any time, as it deems necessary. This includes the availability of certain features.
- Persons wishing to register for access to the restricted section of the website must be bona fide hospital personnel
- This website may not be used to publish any advertising material without the written consent of HPV.
- HPV has no obligation to remove any such items with which you may not agree.
If you apply for registration and are granted access, you further AGREE:
- to inform HPV should you cease to be a bona fide staff member of a Victorian public hospital or health service;
- not to pass on information obtained from the restricted portion of the website to unauthorised persons i.e. persons who are not bona fide employees of Victorian Public Hospitals;
- not to divulge your password, entry details or knowingly permit any other person to use your password to obtain information from the restricted portion of the website; and
- that HPV reserves the right to refuse registration or to cancel such a registration at its own discretion.
By submitting an application for subscription the user states that he or she irrevocably accepts these Terms and Conditions entirely. The user further states that he or she has read these terms and conditions and is in full agreement of the contents.
HPV will in no event be liable for any damages of any kind, including,
but not limited to, compensatory damages, loss of profits, lost data of any form or special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind whether based on breach of contract or warranty, negligence, product liability or otherwise, even if HPV is advised of such damages.
