What will happen with my complaint?
It will be treated seriously, and reviewed by in accordance with the HPV Complaints Policy.
Can making a complaint adversely affect my relationship with HPV?
No. As a government entity we are obliged to treat all persons (and businesses) with respect and dignity in accordance with the Victorian Public Sector Code of Conduct.
I want to appeal a tender outcome. Can I use this portal?
We recommend not. Tenderers wishing to register a complaint regarding a particular tender should be aware that the management of disputes arising from the tender process is bound by the terms and conditions as documented in the particular request for tender documentation, the process of which should be followed.
