The Board are responsible for determining the strategic direction of HPV, and ensuring that the Secretariat fulfils the strategic plan. HPV Board Members are appointed by the Governor in Council. Appointments to the Board of HPV are managed on behalf of the Minister for Health by the Department of Human Services.
